Do the math, guys! It's not so much the thought of Islamic terrorism that bothers me, as the fact that our politicians seem to be so incredibly slow on the uptake. Quite frankly, it scares the stuffing out of me that the fools can't even seem to handle simple math. Osama bin Laden and fifteen of the nineteen terrorists who perpetrated the attacks of September 11th were from Saudi Arabia, so, naturally, we bombed Afghanistan. Gimme' a break! It doesn't take an Einstein to figure this thing out, guys, my personal theory of "relativity" will do quite nicely. i.e. You figure out where the terrorists came from (their country of origin), and you bomb their (expletive deleted) relatives. It's relatively simple, really. Get a clue, dudes, "show bombing" jerk-water little countries out on the fringes of civilization accomplishes nothing. It doesn't make any difference how many third-world hovels we flatten, the Saudis will just find someplace else to deploy their terrorists. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm getting tired of funding terrorist attacks against the United States every time I fill my gas tank. If you want to put an end to Islamic terrorism, go directly to the source (Saudi Arabia), and cut off the funding (along with some of their more disreputable body parts). Without funding, let the fundamentalist loonies squat around campfires hating Americans all they want. They'll starve to death in their squalid little caves, and that'll be the end of it. And, think of all the free gas we'll get after we turn Mecca into a theme park. Personally I refuse to believe that anyone who is devious enough to dupe the public into electing them to political office is otherwise so incredibly "stoopid" that they can't make the connection between the Saudis and Islamic terrorism. The only plausible explanation is that 99% of the politicians in Washington have their snouts in OPEC's trough. Well, dudes, I hope your Saudi master have a good retirement fund, because "We the People" don't look kindly on foreign owned politicians who compromise our safety for their own financial gain. |
